Is YouTube over-spilling?

When anyone begins blogging there is always that one persistent thought;

There are millions doing exactly the same

I was surprised at how much each channel or page differentiated even though the theme and the content was the exact same. Some people are just comforting to watch/listen to.
But are too many people trying to do the same thing?

I was hoping to start up a YouTube channel, but will anyone really listen?
I find it hard to keep my posts fresh on this website as it is, but I’m desperate to reach a wider audience. Most people these days have gone off reading and are now into visual representations of day to day problems,

So what do you think?
Should I venture out into more of the unknown media world?
Should I join the cliched camera crew?
Should I lay back and let my life walk naked into modern society?

Give me your thoughts.

    If you are comfortable with the idea of not only having your life put out to the world, but critiqued/judged/trolled by others who come across it, I say go for it. I personally choose to blog anonymously because when I write I rarely have a filter and I’m not comfortable with someone I know coming across it. I totally admire a lot of people who do put their lives out there. I mean that’s what’s kept me apart of the online world since I was a teen. I follow a lot of mommy bloggers, authors, youtubers,who have no shame whatsoever about putting their name, their face, to a Facebook status or youtube video talking about some cringeworthy embarrassing story or confession. It’s relatable… but some people don’t always think like us. πŸ™‚

    Bottom line: I’d subscribe to your channel πŸ™‚

      Thank you so much for the feedback! You’re right, I need to be totally comfortable and people are brace for doing it. I used to be anonymous like you because I didn’t want friends and family reading my stuff but now I’ve stopped caring about what others think, thank you xxx

    I think being a new mom will give you a lot to talk about . Follow your heart. With your little one being so new people will eat her up . Watching you , her and Marco growing as a family would intrigue a lot more viewers than you think. πŸ™‚

    Go for it! The ones out there that has a lot of viewers today also started with 1 viewer (themselves πŸ˜‰ ) and then grew. I think main thing is be persistent and have a plan. Also if you are enthusiastic about what you are doing you will succeed. As it wont ever feel like something you “have to do” but you are actually looking forward to it.

    If you want to do it because you will enjoy it, then do it. But don’t just do it because you want lots of views and subs because it takes a lot of time and effort for that to happen. You’ll probably find that if you do it as a hobby firstly, then the views and subs will come all on their own because people will be attracted to you because you are genuine πŸ™‚
